Demolition
Jowett Stone are an experienced demolition contractor. When we demolish a building we reclaim everything possible, providing it for sale at competitive prices.
We are particularly keen on Victorian Yorkshire buildings. We believe they provide the best stone and, when we have dressed it in our yard, it’s 100% reusable. We reclaim everything from the floorboards to the lead on the roof. These items are then advertised in our web shop. We can excavate and reinstate and we take pride in our sites. We have worked on many stately home sites and are committed to salvaging architectural history wherever possible. In addition, we are happy to bid on any stone from demolished sites which appears on the market.
We provide catalogued items; the provenance of which can be traced, ensuring you know its precise heritage.
